Schedule Your Free Discovery Session
Getting started begins with a complimentary discovery session. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from the Keystone Program. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan based on your needs and priorities.
Begin With Polyvagal Breathwork
Polyvagal Breathwork is the prerequisite Foundation and the starting point of the Keystone Program. Breathwork supports nervous-system regulation and is integrated into everything that follows.
Meet Weekly to Build Mastery
Each program Foundation is taught once per week for four consecutive weeks, with 45-minute sessions focused on learning and practicing that specific Foundation. At the beginning of each Foundation, you'll receive a Keystone toolbox and workbook to support your practice during sessions and in-between them.
Complete Foundation and Receive Your Certification
At the end of each four-week Foundation, you'll receive a certificate of completion, recognizing your progress and skill development.
