The Keystone Program is a nervous system based coping strategies program that teaches people how to reset, recover, and move forward in moments of stress. The program teaches practical, in-the-moment tools like - Polyvagal Breathwork, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), and Somatic Movement - that help to regulate the nervous system, so stress doesn’t linger, emotions don’t spiral, and resilience is built over time. Our trauma-aware, science-backed approach works in real life and across every stage of life, for individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and communities.
